GOOD QUESTIONS

The details
make the difference.

What does the venue provide?

An approved space and permission to operate, with suitable power and a practical water arrangement. We review access, traffic, cleaning, waste and servicing responsibilities with you. Final terms are location-specific.

Is a water line required?

The featured cooking device supports a water jug or direct line. The right station design depends on traffic, cabinetry, servicing and local requirements.

Can it operate around the clock?

Access follows the operating hours and rules of your building. An overnight food option may be possible where the venue permits access and the service plan supports it.

How long does cooking take?

Timing depends on the selected product and installed recipe. The featured device’s supplier describes typical ramen cooking in approximately three to five minutes. Follow the station instructions.

What about allergies and dietary preferences?

Selections vary by station. Customers must read the product’s ingredient and allergen information. We do not promise an allergen-free environment or that every dietary need can be met.

Is a hood or special permit required?

Go Ramen coordinates with the relevant county and state agencies, plus local building and fire authorities, to verify requirements before installation and handle the required approval process. A hood may not be required for an approved setup; that depends on the equipment, ventilation and location. Our prepackaged noodles are cooked by customers, but vending and other local permits may still apply. We work through those requirements with your venue.
