What you share
Our forms ask for the contact details and information needed to understand your request. Venue inquiries include your role, organization and proposed property address. Vending inquiries ask for first and last name, email and phone, with an optional company. Support forms ask about the location and issue, with optional machine, date and nonpayment reference details.
How we use it
Go Ramen uses your details to review, respond to and follow up on your inquiry or support request. Submitting a form does not place an order, create an automatic maintenance ticket or approve a refund. These forms do not sign you up for a marketing mailing list or send an automatic reply.
Where your message goes
Form messages are routed to the appropriate Go Ramen team for venue inquiries, location support, customer backup requests or vending-machine inquiries. Resend processes the email delivery; your contact details and message are processed in its email service and our company mailboxes. ChatGPT Sites and its hosting infrastructure process the technical information needed to serve and protect this website.
Vending supplier introductions
The vending form requires a separate checkbox allowing Go Ramen to share your first name, last name, optional company, email and phone with our equipment supplier to respond to that inquiry. The website sends your inquiry to Go Ramen only. A supplier introduction is a separate follow-up; no supplier receives an automatic email from this form.
Refunds and sensitive information
For refund requests, first scan the vending machine QR code and choose Refund. Payment verification belongs only in the machine provider’s own flow. Check the provider page before entering payment details. Never submit full card numbers, CVV, PINs, banking passwords or other credentials through this website, email or chat. Do not include medical or other sensitive personal information. Refund requests require review; eligibility, amount and timing are not guaranteed.
Bot protection
When the form security check is active, Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical signals such as your IP address, TLS fingerprint, browser User-Agent, and the widget’s site key and associated origin to detect bots and improve Turnstile. Our server verifies the challenge before sending a form email. We do not send your contact fields or message to the verification endpoint. See Cloudflare’s Turnstile Privacy Addendum for its processing details. If verification is unavailable or cannot be confirmed, the form does not send your request.
Delivery and safety records
A success receipt means the email provider accepted the request; it does not guarantee inbox delivery or a business outcome. We retain a request reference, content fingerprint, delivery-claim status, timestamps and provider receipt identifier to prevent duplicate sends and investigate delivery problems. Rate-limit records use keyed hashes instead of raw email or network addresses. The full contact details and message are not stored in this website’s email safety ledger. Uncertain sends are held for review and are not automatically resent.
Retention and your choices
Inquiry emails and related service records are kept as needed to respond, follow up and manage the request. To ask about your information, request a correction or request deletion, call our Main Office at (702) 850-3840 and include your request reference if available. We review requests and may need to retain information needed for an unresolved request or applicable recordkeeping requirements. Please do not send payment details with a privacy request.
Links and attribution
Form links may include limited campaign labels such as source, medium and campaign. This Site does not read your unrelated browsing history or use advertising trackers. The machine provider’s payment and refund pages are separate services with their own privacy practices.
Images and venue concepts
Station scenes show Go Ramen concepts, not confirmed installations or relationships with depicted venues. Product package images identify the products shown; they do not imply that their manufacturers endorse Go Ramen. Check the exact package for current ingredients, allergens and preparation instructions.
